North Reign Marketing delivers high-quality digital marketing services tailored to each client’s unique goals and needs. Due to the nature of our services—which involve time, planning, customization, and strategic execution—all payments made to North Reign Marketing are non-refundable.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any services, including but not limited to:

• Digital marketing retainers

• SEO campaigns

• Branding and website design

• Paid advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)

• Strategy sessions or consultations

• Any service outlined in a custom agreement

This policy applies regardless of project status, client decisions to discontinue, or changes in marketing direction.

Why No Refunds?

Our work involves dedicated time, creative development, and up-front labor. Once work has begun—or even when preparation and scheduling are underway—resources are committed and cannot be recovered.

We encourage all prospective clients to reach out with any questions prior to booking or making payment. Clear communication is key, and we are happy to discuss project scopes, expectations, and goals beforehand.

Service Revisions

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the work provided, please reach out so we can review the scope and explore reasonable revisions, when applicable and within the terms of your agreement.
